A service partner and SaaS builder firm faced significant challenges in efficiently analyzing and classifying patient medical records.   1. Classify/index medical record sections by Date of Service (DOS), Physician/Provider, and Document Type

  2. Enable keyword searches within the records

  3. Flag duplicate or poor-quality pages

  4. Facilitate easy navigation and data validation

TechGrit partnered with the client to develop an AI-powered Medical Records Analysis Tool. The solution leveraged cutting-edge technologies to automate and streamline the process, including:​

 

  • OCR (Optical Character Recognition) for text extraction from scanned documents

  • A classification model to categorize document types

  • LangChain AI to extract key information like DOS and provider details
