Job Summary:
We are building a new AI-focused development team for one of our enterprise products in the test management domain—and we’re looking for skilled PHP Developers to join this initiative.
In this role, you’ll implement UI workflows and front-end integrations that expose AI-powered features within the product. You won’t be building AI models yourself—those are developed by the centralized Sembi IQ team—but you’ll work closely with them to integrate their APIs and make the AI functionality accessible through a PHP-based interface.
You’ll also occasionally assist with core defect fixes and general product improvements as part of your ramp-up or when key priorities shift.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement new PHP-based UI components and workflows to integrate AI-driven features into the product.

Consume APIs and services developed by the Sembi IQ AI team and expose their capabilities through the product’s user interface.

Collaborate with architects, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver high-quality, maintainable features.

Assist with defect fixes and performance optimization across the core application as needed.

Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning.

Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code to enhance productivity.

Ensure all implementations adhere to performance, security, and scalability standards.
Required Skills & Experience:

4–7 years of professional experience in PHP development (preferably with modern frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony).

Strong knowledge of object-oriented PHP, RESTful API integration, and MVC design principles.

Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related front-end technologies.

Familiarity with MySQL or other relational databases, including query optimization.

Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in production environments.

Proficiency with Git/Bitbucket, CI/CD pipelines, and agile workflows.

Familiarity or hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code).
Nice to Have:

Prior experience with test management systems or other large-scale enterprise web applications.

Understanding of AI/ML concepts and how to integrate AI-based APIs.

Experience working with cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
