Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced QA Lead with a strong background in end-to-end software testing, client communication, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on QA leader capable of defining test strategies, leading QA efforts across projects, mentoring junior testers, and serving as the primary QA point of contact (POC) for both internal and client teams. This role requires deep analytical skills, ownership mindset, and the ability to work closely with development and product teams to ensure the highest level of software quality.
Key Responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end QA process — from requirement analysis to final release validation.

Collaborate closely with clients, developers, and product owners to define test plans, priorities, and quality metrics.

Review and analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documents to identify test scenarios and edge cases.

Develop and maintain detailed test cases, test plans, and traceability matrices.

Execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Lead and mentor the QA team, ensuring adherence to best practices and process improvements.

Manage defect tracking and reporting, ensuring issues are properly logged, triaged, and resolved in coordination with the Dev team.

Provide QA status reports and metrics to stakeholders and clients.

Participate actively in Agile ceremonies — sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Contribute to process optimization and advocate for continuous quality improvements.
Required Skills:
-
7+ years of hands-on manual testing experience with increasing responsibility.

Proven ability to lead QA efforts across multiple projects or modules.

Excellent understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into effective test cases.

Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, Zephyr, TestRail, Xray, etc.).

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating directly with developers.

Excellent verbal and written communication and client-facing skills.

Familiarity with API testing (Postman, Swagger) and SQL for backend validation.

Nice to have: basic knowledge of automation concepts, CI/CD pipelines, or exposure to Cypress/Playwright.
Required Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in QA, including at least 2+ years in a lead or client-facing role.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
